ISO 31000:2018 Risk management course

This 1 day course addresses the principles, framework and processes for effective risk management as required by ISO 9001:2015, clause 6.1.

The course is based on the guidance given in ISO 31000 and incorporates the requirements related to risks stipulated in ISO 9001:2015.  

Learners gain the necessary through participation in group exercises and completing risk assessments and risk registers.

Note: This course is based on the Consequence/probability matrix risk assessment technique described in ISO 31010

This course focusses mainly on enterprise and quality risks – not on health and safety and environmental risks
