Prerequisites for learners

  • Knowledge about the QMS in your organization is recommended
  • Willingness to learn and the right attitude

Leaner assessment

Learners will be evaluated for participation, attendance and performance on a continual basis throughout the course.

Learners are also required to pass a written exam at the end of the course (2 hours)

Certification

  • A certificate of attendance is issued to learners who achieved 100% attendance but who did not write the examination or who did not pass the examination.
  • A certificate of successful completion is issued to learners who passed the examination. The pass mark for the examination is 60%
