ISO 9001:2015 Auditor refresher course

Are you an existing auditor that are familiar with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and need to conduct future quality management system audits against the requirements of ISO 9001:2015?

This 1 day course is a continuation of the ISO 9001:2015 Transition course, and clarifies how to audit the new requirements in ISO 9001:2015. The corrective action process and continual improvement of the QMS are also discussed in detail.  

This is a practical workshop and learners need to work through various exercises and scenarios to identify nonconformities and to link these nonconformities to specific clauses in ISO 9001:2015.

Prerequisites for learners

Completion of a 2 day ISO 9001:2015 Transition course or a 2 day ISO 9001:2015 Introduction course.

Learners also need to be familiar with auditing of ISO 9001 quality management systems.
